We would like to introduce our existing & new product range to keep you updated with more energy efficiency solutions. This includes energy efficient water jet vacuum system and all equipment related with the manufacturing of soaps and detergent.

CEPL started its journey with Water Jet Vacuum System. This solution proved our confidence on concept and performs very well which resulted into huge energy savings.     This system eliminates Steam Boosters (many times), Steam Ejectors, Vacuum Pump and lower down the Cooling Water & Hot Water Flow & Pressure requirement which leads to lower power consumption. 

Applications

Soap Noodle Plant, Laundry Soap Plant (40 Torr), Multi effect & Batch Evaporator, Batch / Continuous Bleachers, Auto Clave/ Hydrogenation, Batch Deodorizer of Cocoa butter, Dryers etc.  

Hybrid Vacuum System is an add-on version of Water Jet Vacuum System to achieve vacuum more than 40 Torr. This system using CEPL designed Steam Boosters along with Water Jet Vacuum System. Typically distillations unit require 1-2mbarA vacuum . This can be achieved by Hybrid Vacuum System.

This system helps to save at least 35% of energy saving when replace with existing vacuum system. 

Applications

Glycerine Distillation, Fatty Acid Distillation, Pre-Cut, Dryer, Deodorizer, Laundry Soap Plant (for vacuum stronger than 40 Torr)

It is a low load capacity Water Jet Vacuum System which works on Venturi effect principle. The system is so designed that it can create vacuum without barometric leg. The water inlet pressure requirement is 2-3 barg instead of 0.6 barg in Water Jet Vacuum System. The system comprises Water Jet Vacuum System, Water Tank, Pump and connecting pipes, mechanical gauges etc.

This system can create vacuum upto 40 Torr at 32 deg C. It is absolutely maintenance free. We have many installations where it replaces the vacuum pumps and saves electricity too.
